Shipping Zones & Time

Femometer products ship within the United States, Germany, France, Italy and Spain. The shipping rates will be automatically calculated during checkout, depending on where you are.

We usually dispatch orders within 1 to 3 working days. Delivery times vary based on the selected service and destination. The shipping carrier will be determined by Femometer at the time of shipping based on the end destination and service is selected to ensure delivery within three (3) to seven (7) business days.

Please note that unforeseen circumstances may cause delays in the delivery.

Shipping Cost

Order price is $0.01–$48.99 will have a $6.99 shipping fee applied to them.
Orders over $49 or above will enjoy free shipping.

*This policy is only applicable to products purchased directly from the Femometer website. If you purchased from another retailer, please refer to their shipping policy.

Order Tracking

To track your package, you have three options:

1. Log in to your account and click on "Orders". Select the order you want to track and click on "View Details". You'll see a "Track Order" option where you can check your order status.

2. Check the shipping confirmation email we sent you. This should arrive in your inbox within 2 working days of purchase. The email will contain a tracking link & a tracking ID if there is one available.
